The Rules

1. Every meal will take less than 30 minutes of your time including clean up (may be longer for families).
2. Every meal will cost less than 5 dollars per person
3. Each meal will be low in fat and low in carbs, but high in protein.
4. No meal will contain sugar of any kind including any desert recipes I post.
5. A meal is defined as something you eat.
6. All meals must include at least two servings of fresh, never frozen, vegetables and one serving of lean meat.
7. All meals will be fun to make.
